Manager of Partner Support


The Manager of Partner Support is an essential part of the Sales Leadership Team and the success of MicroCorp. You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales. You will be responsible for actively managing and leading a team of Partner Managers and Sales Support individuals who are tasked with proactively working with an assigned group of Partners to enhance the Partners sales success while achieving Microcorp revenue goals. You will have personal accountability for enhancing and monitoring the partner experience and insuring the sales team is dedicated to partner satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Your ability to negotiate, coach, train, and balance the workload of the sales team while actively managing internal and external relationships will provide sales results and profitable growth. You will have the opportunity to earn individual and team incentive based compensation.

Partner Manager


The Partner Manager is an essential part of the Sales Team and the success of MicroCorp. You will report directly to the Manager of Partner Support. You will be responsible for proactively working directly with an assigned group of Partners to enhance their sales success while achieving MicroCorp revenue goals. As a Partner Manager you will own the Partner Experience and will be directly responsible for insuring all Partners have the MicroCorp resources, education, carrier introductions, and knowledge to build a solid recurring revenue stream through MicroCorp. The Partner Manager takes primary responsibility for insuring the partner experience is exceptional and acts as a Partner Advocate within MicroCorp and with our providers.   While you will have an assigned group of Partners, you will work as a team member with other Partner Managers and will have the opportunity to earn a bonus as a member of the team.
