Implementation Project Manager
The Microcorp Implementation Project Manager will act as the lead individual responsible for complex networks, Cloud services, SD-WAN and UCaas service activation. This Individual will communicate with the customer and Partner to manage expectations and deliver the Ultimate Partner and customer experience during the implementation process. The Implementation project manager coordinates and manages service delivery resources in the process including scheduling and coordination with Customer, Vendors, and Providers.
The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in building the MicroCorp brand by implementing and executing the marketing plan, producing and distributing quality digital and print marketing elements, and planning compelling face-to-face and web events. This job will focus on digital marketing activities 50% of the time, and event planning the remaining 50%.
The Partner Manager is an essential part of the Sales Organization and the success of MicroCorp. The Partner Manager will report directly to the Manager of Partner Support. The Partner Manager is responsible for proactively working directly with an assigned group of Partners to enhance their sales success while achieving their personal quota revenue and MicroCorp revenue goals. The Partner Manager owns the Partner Experience and takes direct responsibility for insuring all Partners have the MicroCorp resources, education, carrier introductions, and knowledge to build a solid recurring revenue stream through MicroCorp. The Partner Manager takes primary responsibility for insuring the partner experience is exceptional and acts as a Partner Advocate within MicroCorp.
Sales Support Specialist
The Microcorp Sales Support Specialist works with Partners, Providers and Microcorp Partner Managers to provide pricing, and make recommendations on products and carriers when needed. The Sales Support Specialist team will track and manage pricing requests to ensure all established SLAs are met. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Support and is a is an essential part of the Sales Support Team and the success of MicroCorp.
