Partner Sales Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager responsible for working directly with an assigned territory of Partners to develop their funnel, develop customer solutions and engage them on portfolio products and introduce them to service provider channel managers. A minimum of 5 years Telecommunications Services sales or customer service experience with recognized carrier or service provider. Cloud experience a plus!

Total Care Complex Project Manager

Summary:

The Total Care Complex Project Manager will act as the project manager for all post signature and post install orders, requests, and issues.  The Total Care Complex Project Manager will strive to meet or exceed timelines while proactively communicating with the Customer, VAR, or Partner.  The Total Care Project Manager will project manage orders and tickets received by a MicroCorp Senior Account Manager (SAM), Customer, VAR, or Partner.
