Responding to Funnel Growth, MicroCorp Adds MacIntire as Director of Partner Enablement

Supports channel partners engaging services of newly launched Cloud Elements Division

Marietta, GA – MicroCorp, an advanced solutions distributor for data, voice, Unified Communications and data center services, announces the addition of Scott MacIntire as Director of Partner Enablement to its growing Cloud Elements Division. MacIntire will directly engage with MicroCorp partners, ensuring that they are intimately familiar with the capabilities of the Cloud Elements Division, and integrating the company’s content and team of pre-sales solutions architects into the sales process. MacIntire will have specific focus on channel partners wanting and willing to start selling data center, hosting and cloud services.

MacIntire is a technology industry leader with special expertise in the implementation of channel strategies and teaming on large deal pursuits. His work experience includes time at Booz Allen Hamilton, Rackspace, Armor Defense, Hosting.com, and mostly recently the Uptime Institute. MacIntire has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, creating innovative solutions to operations problems and generating revenue growth. He has provided cloud and operations consulting for major technology firms, created strategic plans and execution road maps for cloud providers and improved operations for their managed services. MacIntire also served 7 years as an Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps with combat experience.

He will also facilitate Cloud Elements bootcamps focused toward hosting, data center and security.
