Day 2 Support

Your TotalCare 365 Team will;

  • Manage all requests in Nautilus.
  • Manage adds, moves, changes, and billing inquires until closure eliminating the need for you to understand various processes with the carriers.
  • Manage repair tickets with the carrier regardless of complexity until closure and for outages and major issues will do so 24x7x365.
  • Proactively submit a request for SLA credit when applicable and manage until credit appears on the invoice.
  • Communicate status every step of the way.

This eliminates personnel experiencing long hold times with the carriers and calling for updates.
